1. General provisions
1.1. These service provision rules (hereinafter referred to as the „Rules”), upon their approval by the Buyer (after familiarizing themselves with the Rules and ticking the box next to the statement „I agree”), are a binding legal document for the parties, which determine the rights and obligations of the Buyer and the Seller, goods conditions of purchase and payment for them, responsibility of the parties and other provisions relating to the purchase and sale of services on the website www.moniqstudio.comsusiusku.

1.2. The seller reserves the right to change, amend or supplement the Rules at any time, taking into account the requirements established by legal acts.

1.3. To buy on the website www.moniqstudio.com you have the right:

1.3.1. able-bodied natural persons, i.e. persons who have reached the age of majority, whose capacity is not limited by court order

1.3.2. minors between the ages of fourteen and eighteen, only with the consent of their parents or guardians, except in cases where they dispose of their income independently

Buyer’s rights
4.1. The buyer has the right to purchase services and goods on the website www.moniqstudio.comt in accordance with the procedure established by these Rules.

4.2. The buyer has the right to refuse the remote purchase – service provision contract if the seller does not fulfill his obligations.

4.3. The buyer does not have the right to refuse the remote purchase – service provision contract, according to which the services are fully provided to the user, if the user’s clear consent and recognition that he will lose the right to refuse the contract when the entrepreneur fully fulfills the contract was obtained before the provision of services.

Obligations of the buyer
5.1. The buyer must pay for the services and accept them in accordance with the procedure established by these Rules.

5.2. Before entering into a remote contract for the purchase and sale of services, the Buyer undertakes to familiarize himself with all the purchase conditions in detail.

5.3. The buyer undertakes not to transfer his login data to third parties. If the Buyer loses his login data, he must immediately inform the Seller about this via the means of communication specified in the „Contacts” section.

5.4. The buyer, using the website www.moniqstudio.com, undertakes to comply with these Rules and other conditions and not to violate the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.

6.1. If the Buyer tries to harm the stability and security of the website www.moniqstudio.com or violates his obligations, the Seller has the right to immediately and without warning limit or suspend his access to the website www.moniqstudio.com or, in exceptional cases, cancel the Buyer’s registration.

6.2. In the event of important circumstances, the Seller may temporarily or completely terminate the operation of the website www.moniqstudio.comveikla without notifying the Buyer in advance.

Obligations of the Seller
7.1. The Seller undertakes to enable the Buyer to use the services provided by the website www.moniqstudio.com under the conditions set out in these Rules.

7.2. The Seller undertakes to respect the Buyer’s privacy right to his personal information, specified in the registration form on the website www.moniqstudio.comregistracijasi, except for the cases established by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania and the „Rules on Personal Data Protection”.

7.3. The Seller undertakes to deliver the services ordered by the Buyer under the conditions specified in the Rules.

7.4. The Seller, unable to provide the ordered service to the Buyer due to important circumstances, undertakes to offer an analogous service or a service that is as similar in characteristics as possible. If the Buyer refuses to accept an analogous or the most similar product, the Seller undertakes to return the money paid to the Buyer within 14 working days, if prepayment was made.

Service prices, payment procedure and terms
8.1. Service prices are indicated in euros including VAT on the website www.moniqstudio.com and in the order formed.

8.2. The buyer pays for services using the www.moniqstudio.compartnerių system.

Service quality guarantee
9.1. The guarantee of each product sold on the website www.moniqstudio.com is indicated in its description.
Responsibility
10.1. The buyer is fully responsible for the correctness of the data provided in the registration form. If the Buyer does not provide accurate data in the registration form, the Seller is not responsible for the resulting consequences.

10.2. The buyer is responsible for actions performed using the website www.moniqstudio.com

10.3. The buyer is responsible for transferring his login data to third parties. If the services provided by the website www.moniqstudio.com are used by a third person who has connected to the website using the Buyer’s login data, the Seller considers this person to be the Buyer.

10.4. The Seller is released from any responsibility in cases where losses arise because the Buyer, disregarding the Seller’s recommendations and his obligations, did not familiarize himself with these Rules, although he was given such an opportunity.

10.5. If the Seller’s website contains links to the websites of other companies, institutions, organizations or individuals, the Seller is not responsible for the information or activities carried out there, does not supervise or control those websites and does not represent those companies and individuals.

10.6. In the event of damage, the guilty party compensates the other party for direct losses.

11.1. The seller may, at his discretion, initiate various promotions on the website www.moniqstudio.com.

11.2. The seller has the right unilaterally, without a separate warning, to change the conditions of shares, as well as to cancel them. Any changes or cancellation of the order of the conditions of the shares are valid only going forward, that is, from the moment of their execution.

Exchange of information
12.1. The Seller sends all messages to the e-mail address provided in the Buyer’s registration form.

12.2. The buyer sends all messages and questions by means of communication specified in the „Contacts” section of the Seller’s electronic store.

Final provisions
13.1. These rules are drawn up in accordance with the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.

13.2. Relations arising on the basis of these rules shall be governed by the law of the Republic of Lithuania.

13.3. The Buyer has the right to apply to the State Service for the Protection of Consumer Rights for the non-judicial examination of the dispute that has arisen

13.4. All disagreements arising from the implementation of these rules shall be resolved through negotiations. If an agreement cannot be reached, disputes are resolved in accordance with the procedure established by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
